Cancellation policy
- Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. In the event you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We require 7days notice in order for guests to receive a full refund.
- Only 50% will be refunded of the advance payment for cancellations made 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.
- No refunds are made for the cancellations within 24 hours of time of arrival.
- Failure to arrive at the hotel will be considered as an invalid booking and the advance payment will not be refunded.
- During your stay,
- Smoking is prohibited within the guest rooms.
- Guests are expected to maintain discipline and respect the principals of the management during the stay.
- The guest or the group of party will be responsible for any breakage, losses or damages caused during the stay.
- Immediate action will be taken against any violation or miss conduct by the guest or a group of party.
